Regarding the redesign of the Booking rating system
(1-10):
Please take care and be very careful – if you want to give us the best rating the slider has to be at 10. Sometimes the sliders move very quickly from 10 to 7 or 8.
A top rating is very important for us because we are a Bed and Breakfast and we cannot and do not want to compete with hotels.
Breakfast
The day begins with a hearty breakfast.
Our guests can have breakfast from 8:00 to 9:30.
If you would like to have breakfast earlier, please let us know the day before.
Of course, our apartment guests can also have breakfast with us at the price of 14,00 euros per person.
Locking system
Our front door next to the stairs is always open from 07:00 to 20:00.
You can open all entrance doors either with the chip or the code.

We kindly ask you not to lock the front doors so that the next guest can enter the house.
If the chip is lost we have to charge €15,00.
In case of loss of the key with the tag we have to charge €200,00.
E-Bike charging station
You are welcome to charge your e-bike in the left garage.
The code for the garage is: 000000 and press the bell.
Please do not bring the batteries into the room due to the risk of fire!

We also offer you the opportunity to charge your electric car.
Just let us know and we will give you the key.

With the guest card you can use the buses in the villages of Pertisau, Maurach, Achenkirch, Steinberg, Wiesing, and Jenbach for free.

Cruise on Tyrol’s largest lake with the three ships of Achenseeschifffahr or enjoy the sun at the Strandbad Pertisau resort with free admission.
In the Achenseer Museumswelt in Maurach, the Swarovski Kristallwelten in Wattens, the Notburga Museum in Maurach/Eben, or the Heimatmuseum Sixenhof in Achenkirch, take a journey through time and learn about the history of black gold at the Tiroler Steinöl Vitalberg Experience Center.

Ski & drying room
In the basement, there is the ski room. You are also welcome to leave your hiking shoes there in the summer.

You can also dry your things in the heating cellar in case you get caught in the rain.

To avoid disturbing other guests please always set the television to room volume.

For our guests on the ground floor we kindly ask you to hand over the dirty towels to us.

We kindly ask you out of consideration for the other house guests not to take a shower after 22:00.

There is also a coffee machine where you can make various types of coffee, cocoa or tea at any time.

Please be considerate of non-smokers therefore smoking is only allowed on the balcony.

Heating
We have an environmentally friendly geothermal heating system.
In the living area you can regulate the temperature yourself with the temperature sensor.
Please not that the underfloor heating system reacts slowly so the room temperature will not rise immediately that can take some hours.
When you leave the room please close all windows and doors (do not leave them tilted-this applies to both summer and winter).
With open windows and balcony doors the heating will turn off.

Programming a new code!
- Open the safe.
- Press the red button (inside the door near the hinges).
- A signal tone sounds and the yellow LED lights up.
- You now have 20 seconds to start programming.
- Enter the code (3 to 8 digits) and confirm with the B button (bottom right).
- Close the safe door and turn the handle to the left.
Opening the safe!
- Enter the code and confirm with button B.
- You now have 5 seconds to open the safe.
- Turn the handle to the right and open the safe door.
- Upon departure please leave the safe open!!!

International Hiking Rules and Guidelines for Mountain Hiking and Climbing:
- Check your physical fitness before the mountain tour!

EURO Emergency Call 112
A Euro emergency call can also be made without a SIM card and with any mobile phone and it is prioritised in every network. Calls via the Euro emergency number are free of charge.
Tips for poor reception:
